In addition to EnVision FLEX+ Mouse (LINKER), the kit includes Peroxidase-Blocking Reagent, EnVision\/HRP, DAB+ Chromogen, Substrate Buffer, Target Retrieval Solution High pH (50x Tris\/EDTA buffer, pH 9) and Wash Buffer (20x).
