EnVision FLEX+, Mouse, High pH is a very-high-sensitivity visualization system intended for use in immunohistochemistry together with Autostainer Link instruments. It is based on a unique enzyme-conjugated polymer backbone, which also carries secondary antibody molecules. EnVision FLEX+ Mouse (LINKER) amplifies the signal of primary mouse antibodies and the reaction is visualized by DAB+ Chromogen. In addition to EnVision FLEX+ Mouse (LINKER), the kit includes Peroxidase-Blocking Reagent, EnVision/HRP, DAB+ Chromogen, Substrate Buffer, Target Retrieval Solution High pH (50x Tris/EDTA buffer, pH 9) and Wash Buffer (20x). EnVision FLEX+ Rabbit (LINKER) is an optional EnVision FLEX reagent that may be used with EnVision FLEX and FLEX+ kits to amplify the signal of primary rabbit antibodies. EnVision FLEX+ kits are compatible with EnVision FLEX and FLEX+ single reagents for Autostainer Link instruments.

EnVision FLEX HRP Magenta Substrate Chromogen System is intended for use in immunohistochemistry together with Dako Omnis instruments. It is a high-sensitivity magenta chromogen system suitable for use in combination with the EnVision FLEX HRP Magenta, High pH visualization system.

As a contrast to hematoxylin and pigmentation in tissue, the high-intensity staining and color nuance make HRP Magenta an excellent complementary color. Unlike many other chromogens, HRP Magenta is transparent, yet still distinct and intense. Cellular details are clearly visible.

PD-L1 IHC 22C3 pharmDx is a qualitative immunohistochemical assay using monoclonal mouse anti-PD-L1, Clone 22C3 intended for use in the detection of PD-L1 protein in formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), urothelial carcinoma, esophageal cancer, head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC), triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC), cervical cancer, and melanoma tissues using EnVision FLEX visualization system on Autostainer Link 48.

CoverStainer reagent package contains ready-to-use reagents that provide excellent staining quiality and reproducibility together with Dako Coverstainer instruments. All reagents can be inserted directly in the instrument thereby minimizing hands-on-time. Mounting medium and Cover glass reduce the risk of air bubbles providing crisp and clear H&E stained tissue sections. Package containing: Dako Hematoxylin (Mayer’s type alcohol-free), Dako Eosin Y, Dako Bluing Buffer, Dako Mounting Medium and Dako Cover Glass.
